  • 1831 – Plymouth, England – the place of publication of the truths held by brethren
  • 1833 – Anthony Norris Graves arrives in India as a missionary
  • 1847 – Apex of the Potato Famine that decimated the Irish populace that drove many to the new world
  • 1848 – Schism causes division as Open vs. Exclusive Brethren
  • 1870 – Plymouth Brethren movement spread to North America
